Existing Site Pages

Use the form below to submit content changes and revision instructions for existing pages. Submit one form for each web page. The information below will help us work together to complete revisions quickly and accurately.

New Pages and Images

If we need to add new pages, images or site sections call me at 904 472-8343 so we can discuss. I suggest creating your new content in Word then sending it as an email attachment to:

What To Include

It’s helpful if the Subject includes your site name and the the word Update:
Subject: mysite.com - update

In the body of the message, please include the following:

Page name - what should we call this page?
Page title - The text that appears in the Titlebar at the top of the window.
Section - Where should this page appear in the food chain?
Formatting - include any special formatting instructions
Image name - So I know I’ve got the right image
Finish size - only if you want a specific size
(large images are displayed at 300 wide by 200 high pixels)
Comments and Instructions - Details, details, details. Use the body of the message to furnish details that might get lost in the shuffle.

Tips

Break it down - If your images are full size (right out of your digital camera) send one image per message to eliminate transmission bottlenecks. Using individual messages for each page helps both of us keep everything straight.
